La Manga follows refurb with website revamp

7th March 2008 Print
Just like the recently completed 10-million euro refurbishment programme at the Hyatt Regency La Manga, the resort’s website - Lamangaclub.com - has undergone a revamp to create a fresh new look.

Located in south-east Spain, La Manga Club, one of the world’s leading resorts, has just completed an update of its main website and the three language versions of it.

Last updated six years ago, the changes were overseen by La Manga Club’s e-Business Manager, Thomas Spinner – internet provider Foro Digital and design agency Codigo Multimedia, both based in Spain, were the two external agencies used.

The new website contains more photography and a new menu to make navigation simpler, information easier to hand, whilst enhancing the visual presentation of the 1,400-acre resort. The booking process has also been improved and its offers made more prominent.

Thomas Spinner said: “Apart from the aesthetic improvement, we have made the site more user-friendly and quicker to load. Our find-ability has been improved and we have updated the content management so we can react more quickly with site updates.

“The old site served us well, but we needed to freshen up, just like the refurbishment programme at the Hyatt Regency La Manga – now all areas are perfect and we are at our best.”

Set within 1,400 picturesque acres, La Manga Club is one of Europe’s leading luxury sport and leisure resorts. Providing five and four star accommodation, unrivalled sports and leisured facilities and luxurious spa facilities, the resort provides the ideal location for family holidays, weekend breaks, corporate events and special occasions.
