Hilton Garden Inn, one of the fastest growing brands within the Hilton Family of hotels, with locations throughout North America and Europe, has been named the top midprice hotel brand in the 2008 Business Travel News’ U.S. Hotel Chain Survey.

According to the survey, the Hilton Garden Inn midprice hotel brand ranked high in the quality of in-room business amenities, business center, food, facilities for non-resort meetings, overall price-value relationship and physical appearance of hotels.

“We are thrilled to be at the top spot in this year’s Business Travel News’ U.S. Hotel Chain Survey,” said Adrian Kurre, Senior Vice President – Brand Management, Hilton Garden Inn. “Hilton Garden Inn continually strives to offer products and services, like the Garden Sleep System, 24/7 food and beverage options and a host of complimentary amenities including internet access, workout facilities and well equipped business centers, which help guests stay productive with a consistently exceptional hotel stay—all at a great value.”

Business Travel News’ (BTN) U.S. Hotel Chain Survey is an annual measure of corporate travel buyers’ opinions of the lodging brands their companies use. The publication sent email invitations to participate in the survey to 7,391corporate readers responsible for hotel buying decisions, asking them to rate hotels with which they did business in the past year in six hotel segments: deluxe, upscale, midprice, budget/economy, and upscale and midprice extended stay. Equation Research tabulated a total of 539 responses and BTN reported results only for chains that achieved a significant percentage of usage.
