Alcron – Luxury redefined

To revive and artfully recreate the heart and soul of the original Alcron, the internationally-recognized interior design architect, Maria Vafiadis and MKV Design in London, were selected to design the hotel’s interior for the initial renovation in 1998, and all subsequent enhancements.
The recent renovation has increased the number of suites and amenities and expanded the number of connecting rooms. All rooms are being completely refurbished with a design that both retains the grace and elegance of a bygone era, yet offer every modern convenience. This refurbishment includes rich, new furnishing with an armchair or a sofa in every room, period lamps and mirrored walls which give the rooms a more spacious look and feel. Suites and select rooms also feature stunning wooden floors.
In addition to the new room décor, there are a number of contemporary elements to enrich your stay: large-screened LCD televisions, Nespresso machines, Villeroy & Boch china, as well as products from the Zegna or L’occitane cosmetic lines.
The hotel’s stylish new Art Deco rooms, in combination with its unsurpassed amenities, central location, fine dining and excellent service, make the Alcron Hotel the most sought-after hotel in Prague.
