Enjoy England celebrates Radisson Edwardian Manchester
Acclaimed Manchester hotel, the Radisson Edwardian Free Trade Hall on Peter Street voted the city’s Best Large Hotel at the Manchester Tourism Awards 2007 and Large Hotel of the Year in the North West at the Regional Tourism Awards 2007, has scooped the Silver Award at the enjoyENGLAND 2008 awards.The Radisson Edwardian hotel, popular with business and leisure guests from British shores and further afield as well as guests of particular note and recognition from the music, film and entertainment industry, took the coverted silver award for Large Hotel of the Year at the renowned enjoyExcellence Awards. The five-star hotel walked away with joint silver award sharing the accolade with The Dorchester in London and following closely behind the gold award winner Chewton Glen Hotel in Hampshire.
For the first time ever the awards ceremony was held outside London in St Georges Hall, Liverpool in celebration of Liverpool, European City of Culture and St George’s Day.
