Cyprus beach resort nominated for two World Travel Awards

The Columbia Beach Resort, the luxury five star hotel in Pissouri Bay Cyprus has been recognised by the World Travel Awards, with nominations in two categories in 2008; Cyprus’ Leading Resort and Cyprus’ Leading Spa Resort.

World Travel Awards (WTA) aims to promote excellence in the travel and tourism industry. This year the organisation will celebrate the 15th anniversary of the awards. Travel Agents can vote for the Columbia Beach Resort on the WTA’s website at Worldtravelawards.com/vote.

The Columbia Beach Resort will be judged at the European ceremony in Crete this October. The winners and top nominees from the regional awards will be put forward for their respective global categories, to be announced towards the end of this year. The final event will take place on the Turks & Caicos Islands.
