Chill out at Spa La Manga Club

Following the success of its regular yoga classes, Spa La Manga has developed weekend yoga retreats, designed to help you achieve even greater levels of physical and spiritual well-being. The next retreat to take place will be the Ajna Chakra Yoga retreat, which will focus on self reflection, interpretation, imagination and visualisation. Each session will be led by an experienced yoga coach at Spa La Manga Club.

The retreat will start on Friday 6th June in the afternoon, with further sessions on Saturday and Sunday morning. Guests have the option to attend all three sessions or just a single day. Each daily session will be three hours in duration and will include Ashtanga yoga, meditation, chanting, mantras and dietary advice, combined with relaxation in the jacuzzis at the spa.
