Brown’s Hotel launches culinary days

Rocco Forte’s Brown’s Hotel, situated in the heart of Mayfair, is launching a new series of culinary days, the first of which will take place on 14th June. June marks the beginning of the British summer and our most delicious seasonal produce, such as asparagus, peas and strawberries. Brown’s Hotel’s Executive Chef, Lee Streeton, will lead the culinary day and will demonstrate new and unique ways to prepare these stalwarts of summer.

Lee, formerly of The Ivy and Le Caprice, will take a group of up to six people to London’s Borough Market, to meet his suppliers and select the best ingredients. Then it’s back to the hotel for a demonstration on how to prepare and cook all the ingredients, followed by lunch in the restaurant, tasting the prepared dishes.
