Hotelopia adds "Trust Advantage" reviews

Hotelopia, the online hotel booking specialist is now inviting customers who book from any of their 25,000 hotels to rate their stay. These hotel reviews will then be fed into the ‘hotel information pages’, to assist those seeking more information about the hotel before they book.

By logging onto hotelopia.co.uk and checking the hotel information, customers will begin to see reviews for hotels they are interested in booking. Unlike some other websites which have the facility open to anyone to review a hotel online (including those who are not customers but have an interest in favouring or damaging a hotels' reputation), all reviews added to Hotelopia are exclusively from customers who have booked and stayed at the property.

Many customers' hotels reviews are already available in major destinations such as Barcelona, London, Majorca, Tenerife and the Algarve and the number of reviews added is growing rapidly each month. Included in the feedback, customers are asked to rate their perception of their room, food quality, facilities and cleanliness.

Additionally, staff professionalism, the check-in procedure and price-quality ratio are also evaluated as well as the suitability of the hotel for individuals, couples, families, groups, and business travellers. Furthermore customers are given the opportunity to freely add additional comments specific to their stay at the property which they feel will benefit others.
