The Raglans Restaurant is a winner with judges
The Copthorne Hotel Cardiff’s Raglans Restaurant received a second prestigious AA Rosette following an inspection by a judging panel. The judges who undertake the inspections award rosettes to restaurants who offer guests a truly memorable dining experience. The judges take into account the quality of the ingredients used in dishes and were particularly impressed with the balance of seasonal ingredients used by the Head Chef in dishes such as Fillet of Poached Brill in Red Wine served with a Clove scented sauce. The judges also put the staff’s project knowledge to the test and the level of service they provide.
Head Chef Daniel James commented – “I am delighted we have achieved this prestigious accolade for the hotel.
