Simply book Dinner, Bed & Breakfast and for an extra £99, Linthwaite will help rekindle those precious memories with gentle reminders of more amorous times by arranging:

- An afternoon matinee of the first film you saw together in the back seat of their private cinema, popcorn included;
- Her favourite flowers, chocolates and champagne with ‘your song’ playing on arrival in your bedroom; and
- The framing of a memorable photo for the dressing table.

With an idyllic Wordsworthian setting, reminiscing can be romantically enjoyed with a sunset cocktail on the terrace overlooking Lake Windermere and the surrounding fells, a gentle stroll round the extensive hotel grounds or over a delicious 4 course candlelit gourmet dinner in the award-winning restaurant.

To add a more official touch to proceedings, Linthwaite can also organise for the renewal of your vows in the summerhouse on the water’s edge of their tranquil tarn lake. Reasonable prior notice is however required for this service.
Not withstanding, if all else fails to arouse any emotion, they’ll even provide you with a pair of rose tinted glasses each so you’ll at least be guaranteed of seeing each other in a different light after your stay.

A two night stay including the ‘Rekindle Romance’ package starts from £145/person/night and includes B&B accommodation, a four-course gourmet dinner on each night, cinema viewing with popcorn (and DVD that guests can then keep), flowers, champagne & chocolates in the bedroom and the framing of a memorable photo (6 x 4) with the option of adding a message as well as service and VAT.
