Frégate Island Private rings the changes

16th July 2008 Print
Frégate Island Private rings the changes Frégate Island Private, the luxurious natural haven in the Seychelles, has enhanced its guest venues yet further with the opening of the newly refurbished Yacht Club and the addition of a picturesque campanile to the resort’s chapel. The finishing touches were completed on 4 July 2008 with the ceremonial hanging of the bell.

Located on the island’s east coast, opposite the plantation and overlooking the harbour, the Yacht Club is an intimate and atmospheric venue in which to relax after a day on - or under - the shimmering turquoise waters. With the new bar, billiard table, and small terrace bedecked with hammocks; home spiced rum specialties; and regular informal barbecue events, the Yacht Club is set to become a favourite spot for guests.

Across the harbour, the new campanile rises as an attractive compliment to the island’s small Christian chapel, with the hanging of the bell allowing the addition of a melodic flourish to wedding and other services.

Bailey Robinson offers seven nights at Frégate Island Private from £8,495 per person, based on two sharing a one bedroom villa and including direct return flights, helicopter transfers and full board accommodation. For reservations and further information visit Baileyrobinson.com.

Prices for direct bookings start from €1,300 (approx. GB£1,030) per person per night, based on two sharing for a minimum three night stay on a full board basis.
