Avista comes to Mayfair
The new Italian restaurant Avista is due to open its doors in October this year at the Millennium Hotel London Mayfair. The restaurant will have its own entrance via Grosvenor Square.The 75 seat restaurant with separate bar and private dining room will be designed by David d’Almada, other restaurant projects include – La Petite Maison and Zafferano.
The Head Chef at Avista will be Michele Granziera, formally deputy at Zafferano whose menus will consist of both traditional rustic and more modern cooking. The menu will also feature sharing dishes and specialities include – Malfatti with burrata, Sicilian prawns and fresh oregano and Octopus salad with pigna beans and sweet roast pepper. Guests dining in the restaurant can also enjoy a range of pastas on offer.
More information on the 150 bin wine list and full restaurant menu will be available from mid-September.
