Shangri-La Singapore wins at Business Traveller Awards

The Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore was selected Best Business Hotel in Asia Pacific and Best Business Hotel in the World for the third consecutive year at the recent Business Traveller Reader Awards (UK) luncheon in London. Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Asia Pacific’s leading luxury hotel group, was also nominated Best Business Hotel Chain in Asia Pacific for the 13th consecutive year.

The awards are the result of an annual readers’ poll conducted by the publication which this year saw 2,500 readers volunteer their favourite travel industry suppliers. Business Traveller is a specialist magazine with an audited circulation of over 57,000.

The winners of the 2008 Business Traveller Awards were announced at the London Hilton, Park Lane in the presence of Guest of Honour, cricketing legend, David Gower OBE.
