La Manga Club re-launches flagship restaurant

This unique concept is based on sourcing the very best authentic produce from the local area and across Spain including fish and seafood from the Mar Menor, ox meat from the Sierra de Guardarrama, rice from Calasparra, tomatoes from Mazarrón, cured cheese from Zamora, Murcian cheese with wine and Sobrasada from Mallorca.
The menu at the re-launched restaurant has been developed by Executive Chef, Nicolas Cedro who has vast experience of the region’s gastronomy and culinary traditions.
