Guests staying at Dubai’s Tamani Hotel Marina will have a special reason to celebrate the 4 November opening of the 12 million square feet Dubai Mall - free limousine transfers from the deluxe, all-suites property! The Tamani Hotel Marina is making limousine transfers to The Dubai Mall available to all guests for a 12-week period from the opening of this giant new shopping and entertainment complex.

One of the largest malls in the world, The Dubai Mall is located in downtown Burj Dubai and boasts more than 1,200 stores. Of these, 165 retailers are either new to the region or are opening stand-alone or flagship stores for the first time in Dubai.

In addition to the huge array of shopping options, The Dubai Mall will also feature the world-class Dubai Aquarium & Discovery Centre, the Olympic-size Dubai Ice Rink and the world’s largest indoor Gold Souk. Other family entertainment options include a 22-screen Cineplex (the largest in Dubai), the SEGA Republic indoor theme park and KidZania, an innovative children’s entertainment concept.

The Tamani Hotel Marina is Tamani Hotels and Resorts’ first property. It is located near to major city centre facilities and attractions and 30 minutes from Dubai International Airport. With 244 stylish suites, the property offers spectacular views over the nearby Palm Island, Dubai Marina and the city skyline.

The property offers two-, three- and four-bedroom units aimed at discerning cosmopolitan travellers and business executives. Each suite, ranging from 85-330 square metres, has a fully-equipped kitchen; 24-hour in-suite dining is also available.

The tallest all-suites hotel in the Dubai Marina area, the Tamani Hotel Marina also features a dedicated ladies floor, a business centre, wi-fi internet access in all suites, plus indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Future developments

Next to open will be three properties in Dubai:

Tamani Hotel at Park Lane Tower Business Bay, scheduled to open early 2009: A five-star deluxe hotel, with 33 storeys of modern hotel and commercial offices, together with recreation facilities.

Tamani Exclusive at El Matador Towers, Jumeirah Village, also scheduled to open early 2009: Two hundred deluxe rooms will be available in this 160-metre tall iconic tower, mixing commercial, retail and residential use. Located at Jumeirah Village, the Tamani Exclusive will be 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport.

Tamani Arts Hotel & Offices, The Artisan Cluster Business Bay, opening late 2009: This property will feature 530 modern, comfortable rooms, with facilities including health-focused restaurants, a world-class spa and state of the art fitness club. The hotel forms part of a cluster of mixed-use development inspired by UK designer Terry Ferrell. It will be close to the new Business Bay area that extends to the Jumeirah Beach area, featuring water taxis as a new means of transport.
