Gloucester East Premier Inn wins prestigious award

It’s official, Gloucester East (Barnwood) Premier Inn has been awarded the coveted ‘Extra Mile Award’ at this years Caterer and Hotelkeeper magazine’s ‘Hotel Catey Awards’ 2008. The hotel beat off stiff competition from two of the UK’s most notorious 5 star hotels, the Berkeley London and The Four Seasons hotel Hampshire to claim victory for Gloucester.

This is the second time the team has won the prestigious award, being honoured in front of 750 of the hospitality industry’s movers and shakers. The awards, hosted by comedian Rob Brydon, paid tribute to the very best of British hotels at an invite-only ceremony in London last Friday.
