Following last week’s publication of the 2009 Michelin Guide to Great Britain, Holbeck Ghyll Country House Hotel in the Lake District is delighted to announce that its coveted restaurant has been awarded Michelin Star status for the 10th consecutive year.

Specialising in traditional British cuisine with a distinct French influence, Holbeck Ghyll is incredibly proud to offer Windermere’s only Michelin Star restaurant.
