Culinary delights at Gleneagles Andrew Fairlie, chef/patron of Scotland’s only two Michelin restaurant is set to share some of his culinary secrets with guests at The Gleneagles Hotel. The award-winning chef will be offering food lovers the opportunity to meet him and experience an exclusive culinary course at the AA Five Red Star resort in Perthshire.

Upon arrival on 30 April guests will be treated to a champagne and canapé reception where they will be introduced to Andrew Fairlie before enjoying a six-course tasting menu, including paired wines in his stylish restaurant.

The following morning guests will see Andrew’s skill and creativity in action as he performs a culinary demonstration at the chef’s table in the Deseo food emporium, where there will be plenty of valuable hints and tips for amateur chefs to take home. The demonstration will then be followed by an informal lunch before guests depart.

This gourmet break is priced from £490.00 based on two people sharing a Sovereign room. This includes dinner in Restaurant Andrew Fairlie, overnight accommodation, full Scottish breakfast, culinary demonstration, lunch in Deseo and VAT.
