A magical, musical Mother’s Day

On Saturday, 9 May and Sunday, 10 May, The Luxe Manor will host a soiree of dining and musically-inspired activities with “Mamma, Mia! A Musical Mothers’ Day”. The Luxe Manor is a stylishly surrealism-inspired luxury hotel located in Hong Kong’s Tsim Sha Tsui.

Sweetly serenading mothers of all ages, Howard McCrary will perform “To Mum with Love” on Saturday, 9 May at The Luxe Manor’s Dada Bar + Lounge from 8pm-12pm. A true musical talent, McCrary dabbles in everything from R&B to soul, and has a stunning array of songs that are sure to add an extra dose of excitement to your night out with Mum.

To be served at Aspasia on Saturday and Sunday evening will be a special Mothers’ Day menu, as well as a deliciously designed Sunday brunch, perfect for showing your family’s favorite lady just how much she means to you.

Aspasia’s Mothers’ Day menus will feature a special “Mothers’ Day Sharing Platter”, a carefully chosen array of delicious cuisine that will allow for easy sharing among all family members. Following the sharing platter will feature innovative concoctions such as the Wagyu Beef Tenderloin served with Wagyu Short Rib, topped off with confit vegetables and potato foam and the Tagliolini with white asparagus and caviar.

What Mothers’ Day would be complete without a bit of bubbly and sweet indulgences? All ladies of honour will receive a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, most perfectly complemented with desserts such as the chocolate soufflé, drizzled with strawberry compote and a hefty portion of vanilla ice cream.

Families who dine at Aspasia for lunch on Mothers’ Day will have the option to enjoy their decadent desserts either in Aspasia or to wander up to Dada, where live jazz will add an extra bit of excitement for your Mum’s special day.

Playing from 2pm to 6pm on Sunday, Dada’s resident jazz talents Mark & Mia will dazzle guests with their funky jazz tunes. Guests who bring Mum up to Dada will also have the opportunity to sing their way to her heart as they are invited to jump up on stage to take part in their own performance, accompanied by Mark & Mia.
