The Grand Sommelier’s Cheese and Wine Gourmet Tasting
For cheese lovers, the new ‘Grand Sommelier’s Cheese and Wine Gourmet Tasting’ held within the wine cellar at ‘Season by Stephane’, Executive Chef Stephane Brallet’s signature restaurant, is the ultimate pre dinner experience. Guests will taste a selection of six wines, with champagne to begin to cleanse the palate, along with carefully chosen cheese accompaniments. Guests will be guided through this experience by Sommelier ‘Bugs’, who will pass on his extensive knowledge whilst carefully explaining the most enjoyable combinations available.
The two hour experience costs €48 Euros/£43 per person.
The Grand Sommelier’s Gourmet Wine Cellar Dinner
The modern, yet intimately private, surroundings of the wine cellar at ‘Brezza’ restaurant provide the perfect location for the Grand Sommelier’s Gourmet Wine Cellar journey. Guests will be guided through a menu incorporating food and wine married together with precision and care by both the Executive Chef and Sommelier. Six enticing courses are on offer ranging from dishes such as grilled lobster ‘Sardinian style’ to exotic marinated sea bass with lime, orange and pink pepper.
After receiving the wisdom of the Sommeliers specialist knowledge, guests will be left alone to enjoy their new found appreciation of the relationship between fine food and fine wine.
The Wine Cellar Dinner costs €120/£108 for guests staying on a half board basis and €150/£135 for guests staying on a bed and breakfast basis.
The Grand Gourmet Five Senses Beach Dinner
For a truly tropical holiday experience, the Five Senses Beach Dinner held to the backdrop of the natural marine park and resort beach is a must. Designed to combine the elements of taste, touch, smell, sight and sound, the evocative gastronomic experience offers guests the opportunity to taste a selection of meats, seafood and cheeses all complemented by wines from three different countries.
The Grand Gourmet Five Senses Beach Dinner costs €100/£90 per person for guests staying on a half board basis and €120/£108 for guests staying on a bed and breakfast basis.
The Winemakers Dinner

During this exciting dining experience, the winemakers treat guests to a presentation and tasting of their wines followed by a sumptuous, gourmet dinner prepared within either ‘Brezza’ or ‘Season by Stephane’ restaurant.
