The Landings, St. Lucia’s newest all-suite luxury resort, has created a new honeymoon vacation called ‘Afterglow’ exclusively for UK newlyweds, based around St Lucia’s memorable sunsets that can be enjoyed from The Landings’ unique beach front position on Rodney Bay.

The novel activities included in the honeymoon package are undertaken as the sun is setting and promises romantic memories, to be relished long after the sun has gone down. The Afterglow package includes the following:

Sunset Picnic on Rodney Bay
The evening starts with a private boat tour of Rodney Bay where a guide escorts you around St. Lucia’s most beautiful harbour and gives you an incredible “water-perspective” of Pigeon Island. By sunset, the boat is parked on a secluded beach as your guide prepares a romantic picnic for two. The evening concludes with a return trip to The Landings under the stars.

Sunset By Horseback
The next evening of your choice features a horseback ride along the beach. Later in the evening a driver takes you to Rodney Bay Village where you can chose among several dining options.

The Most Memorable Sunset Dinner Imaginable
While you enjoy the St. Lucian sunset over Rodney Bay on your private terrace you are served canapés, wine or champagne by a private butler. The chef provides the evening’s entertainment by preparing an amazing three-course dinner for two in front of your eyes -- utilizing your villa kitchen. As dessert is served both chef and butler depart without a trace and as discretely as when they arrived.

A Sunset To Take Home
During your stay a member of staff will take a picture of one of your sunset evenings and send it back to your home in a Landings St. Lucia silver frame so that you can enjoy the memory for years to come.

Harbor Front Villa Suite With Plunge Pool - £437.44 through peak times in April and late November/early December.
£386.87 from May though early November.

Beach Front Deluxe Villa Suite - £479.59 through peak times in April and late November/early December.
£412.16 from May through early November.

Offer starts April 1, 2009 and expires December 17, 2009. Nightly room rates are based on a five night minimum stay.
