The Balmoral seeks out Middle East travellers

The Balmoral, voted Scotland’s number one hotel and the second within the UK by industry bible, Travel + Leisure magazine, has announced a ‘stay for 3 nights and only pay for 2’ for guests residing in the Middle East region.
