Exclusive new luxury suites at Le Mas Candille

Visitors to the south of France looking for somewhere new and exclusive to reside this summer, should be the first to book one of the six brand new luxury suites at Le Mas Candille. Opening this July, the spacious suites will offer stylish accommodation and home from home comforts.

Housed in a modern extension, the suites will be light and spacious with a warm and comfortable ambiance. Reflecting the hotel’s own blend of old-world charm and contemporary chic, local stone and natural wood blend with modern, clean lines and large windows. Inside, the luxurious interiors mix traditional French style furniture with art deco design pieces to marry the old with the new.

Linked to the main hotel by a partially covered leafy walkway, each suite is accessed by its own private staircase and features a large living area, spacious bedroom, walk in dressing room, two bathrooms and a terrace*.

Warm and welcoming décor is used throughout the living area, with large Pierre Frey sofas perfect for afternoons just lounging. Meanwhile, the bedrooms enjoy cool, calming colours, king size beds with soft leather cushioning and flat screen television with iPod integrated reader.

Guests at Le Mas Candille can already choose from authentically French styled rooms in its 18th century converted farmhouse or more modern and spacious rooms in the newer part of the hotel. The new suites promise discerning visitors an even more exclusive and private accommodation option.

Perched on terraced slopes in the hills above Cannes in the medieval village of Mougins, Le Mas Candille is surrounded by olive groves and boasts stunning views of the pre-alps and Grasse valley. The hotel features a Michelin starred restaurant, two swimming pools, ‘hot tub Jacuzzis’ and an outdoor gym. The oriental inspired spa offers a variety of Shiseido facials, massages, body wraps and beauty treatments, all given in stylish treatment suites.

The multimillion Euro investment in building the double storey extension will bring the total number of rooms and suites at the hotel to 46. Be one of the first to stay in the new suites from €750 (£680)** per suite per night. Standard rooms at Le Mas Candille start from €300 (£277)** per night, room only. The new suites will be available from 6 July 2009.

* Four larger Candille Suites measure 70m² with the remaining two Suites Deluxe at 55m². The upper level Candille Suites have exterior terraces of 40m² whilst the garden level Suites Deluxe have 25m² terraces. All the suites sleep up to four people using the sofa bed in the lounge.
