Olympic expands for winter
Olympic Holidays has introduced Malta, added a range of short break options and further developed Nile cruising in its newly released Winter Sun 2009/10 programme.Olympic's new Malta winter sun offer ranges from the three-star Alexandra in St Julian's (a week's B&B from £359) to the five-star Fortina Spa Resort, where an all-inclusive week costs from £585. All prices are inclusive of return Gatwick flights.
On the Nile, the five-star deluxe Nile Dolphin operates seven-night cruises from Luxor to view many of the sites of ancient Egypt. Prices are from £739, including return Gatwick flights.
The new brochure introduces Athens short breaks, with city centre hotels of two- to five-star offered. Short breaks in Malta newly complement the established Cyprus short break offer.
A flexible booking system allows winter breaks of any duration in any of the featured accommodation, with daily departures from a range of UK airports.
Spa packages are offered at a selection of hotels including the newly added four-star Aquamare Beach Hotel & Spa in Paphos, Le Meridien Limassol Spa & Resort and Columbia Beach Resort in Pissouri – both five-star properties.
They range in price from £219 for a one-day 'Day of Pleasure' package at the Aquamare Beach to £2,599 for an 'Equilibrium & Purity' package at Le Meridien.
The brochure's broad product range places the emphasis on Cyprus and also includes Malta, Egypt (Luxor, with Nile cruising, and the Red Sea Riviera), The Gambia and Goa.
