The Mira Hong Kong joins Summit Hotels & Resorts

Summit Hotels & Resorts has announced its newest member in Hong Kong – The Mira Hong Kong. The collection includes more than 150 internationally acclaimed hotels and resorts that celebrate local luxury.

Since 2007, an international team of design masterminds have been commissioned to oversee a US$65 million renovation, led by world-renowned US lifestyle guru Colin Cowie and Miami-based interior architect Charles Allem. Completing the last phase of its renovation in September, four gourmet restaurants, and three bars and lounges will present expertly prepared European, Chinese and international cuisine, set against a backdrop of stunning interiors.

The MiraSpa, to be opened in October, will be a new spa concept managed by the hotel. Complemented by the indoor infinity-edge pool and fitness centre, the spa will encompass 18,000 square-feet of total fitness, beauty and wellness. A stunning 14,149 square-feet of events space features eight flexible function rooms, a rooftop garden lounge and Hong Kong’s largest pillarless ballroom, featuring 25,000 lighting combinations, state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and a selection of especially designed table settings by Colin Cowie.
