Luxury Spanish Easter breaks for body, spirit & mind

Dating back to the 16th century, Cartagena’s Holy Week was declared a ‘National Tourist Interest’ in 1968, and actually runs for ten days from the Friday before Palm Sunday until Easter Sunday, combining light, flowers and colourful daily processions to beating drums.
The luxury La Manga Club, just 16 miles away, is providing complimentary guest transport from the 1,400-acre resort to the festival – and it has flown in a top Swedish health coach to run a three-day NIA holistic fitness programme.
NIA, or neuromuscular integrative action, is a creative form of fitness combining yoga, tai chi, dance and martial arts, providing training for the body and mind and is suitable for all ages and abilities.
