Early Easter bargains

It’s worth bearing in mind that this year Easter is extra early. In fact so early that many schools around the UK are giving children a four day break over the Bank Holiday and then a two week Spring break two weeks later.

Which means canny bargain hunters can pick up some fantastic holiday deals by taking advantage of holiday offers available in different parts of the country.

“More people are clocking up more miles to get the best deals,” say Haven Holidays. “Generally people live within about two hours driving distance of their chosen park but this year families are planning much longer journeys to take advantage of some of the Easter holiday bargains on offer.”

At Haven Holidays’ Combe Haven park near Hastings on the South Coast, local schools are on holiday from 7th April for two weeks and holiday prices at the park are unlikely to be discounted during this time. But if you live in an area where the Easter break actually coincides with Easter you could be taking advantage of a 7 night holiday at Combe Haven from March 28th from only £279 for a family of up to six people.

Several Haven parks have three or four night breaks available during the extended Easter holiday period from only £129 for a family of up to six people in standard self-catering accommodation.
