A green retreat for the Easter holidays

From dawn chorus walks and pond dipping to creative craft sessions and archery there is something for everyone to enjoy while on holiday at Kelling Heath.
Also included in the programme are guided walks, discovering the wonderful inhabitants of the rare heath and woodland at Kelling Heath and the chance for children to win a prize on the Easter Woodland Trail. (For a full list of events please see pages 3-4).
In addition to the organised events there’s a mountain of things to see and do, from cycle rides on scenic trails and woodland walks on dedicated routes through beautiful countryside and coastland.
For sporty guests, there is a trim trail and two tennis courts and at the Kelling Heath Health & Fitness Club, you will find a well-equipped gymnasium, indoor swimming pool and sauna and steam rooms, a range of membership options are available.
New for this year will be Bracken’s Deli & Bistro, a relaxed soft-seated café bar with internet and Wi-fi access, in the Village Square. Kelling Heath will also be offering more of the popular Heron holiday homes and has re-landscaped one of its touring areas, providing larger pitches.
In addition to the serviced pitches, Kelling Heath is now able to offer the extra large serviced pitches measuring 14 x 13 metres and during early May fully serviced pitches providing waste and fresh water connections, plus a TV point.
Kelling Heath offers short breaks over weekends or midweek and weekly rates, and are open until 13th December. Weekly rates in a three-bed woodland lodge start from £566 and for a luxury holiday home rates start from £217. For touring caravans and tents, serviced pitches start from £115.50 per week which includes one car per pitch, extra charges apply for awnings, dogs and extra cars.
