George Wimpey sponsor youth football team

George Wimpey East Scotland Ltd is delighted to announce it will be the main sponsor of Armadale Youth Football team for 07/08 season. The company will be providing football strips, tracksuits and training bags for the entire team.

William Drummond, of Armadale Football Club said: “This is a great local club that involves around 200 boys and girls. We’re thrilled to have George Wimpey on board as our team sponsor for this year as we move the team from 7-a-side to 11-a-side, and look forward to a very successful season.”

Commenting on the deal, Karen Armstrong, sales and marketing director for George Wimpey East Scotland Ltd said: “We’re delighted to be supporting the local youth football club in Armadale and wish them every success for the coming season.

“This sponsorship allows us to become part of the local community in Armadale, whilst marking our commitment to the area with both existing and future George Wimpey developments in Armadale.”
