George Wimpey’s new information and options centre for its’ Ailsa Gardens development in the West Lothian village of Blackridge is now open. The new office is situated opposite Blackridge Primary School in Blackridge, and aims to give customers all the information they need to make a move to one of our new homes.

Ailsa Gardens on Drummond Place in Blackridge features 29 practical and modern family homes in a wide selection of three bedroom terraced, as well as three and four bedroom detached from George Wimpey’s practical Island and luxurious Woodland ranges of homes. The prices currently start from £165,000 for a three bedroom home.

With its easy access to the M8 motorway network making both Edinburgh and Glasgow an effortless commute, customers are attracted to the development as it provides a great central location to set up home. The retail and designer shopping centres at Livingston are just a short drive away from the development, whilst locally the village of Blackridge itself is a peaceful location to call home making it a natural choice for families.

Michelle Logie, sales and marketing director for George Wimpey West Scotland Ltd adds: “With affordable prices and an excellent location, Ailsa Gardens is already proving popular with people working in towns throughout West Lothian, but we also believe that commuters to both Edinburgh and Glasgow will see the benefits of this small town right in the heart of Scotland. The launch of our new information and options centre situated right in the heart of the village will allow customers to see for themselves the range, quality and style of the homes that we have available for sale.

“Plus at the moment there are some amazing incentives to get customers on the move, and our sales team will be happy to discuss the new homes and range of incentives now available at this development.

“Our Easymover scheme has also been extended to this development, so it’s a great time to visit the development and find out what’s available.”
