Barratt’s Axiom development continues to impress

27th June 2007 Print
Offering contemporary living in a prime city centre location, Barratt North Scotland’s flagship Perth development, Axiom, is impressing buyers in the Fair City.

Situated on Crieff Road, the development of 75, one and two bedroom apartments has been attracting a high level of interest from local house-hunters since details were first announced.

A number of homeseekers, including many first-time buyers and buy-to-let investors, have been quick to commit to the development, attracted by the fixed prices, high specification and modern and spacious interiors available at Axiom.

Barratt’s sales director, David Scott, believes the development offers the ideal solution to the requirements of many house-hunters – from first-time buyers to downsizers.

He said: “The range of apartments, individuality and style of the accommodation available at Axiom has understandably attracted a large number of buyers, and coupled with the convenient location and superb value for money on offer, the development meets the needs of many house-hunters.

“Axiom is really beginning to take shape now with the first buyers due to move into their new properties during the summer, and with our show apartment set to open shortly - these really are exciting times for everyone at the development.”

Every apartment at Axiom features top-of-the-range specification, including designer kitchens and bathrooms, while the development itself offers private parking, a factor service and landscaped grounds. Selected properties also feature roof-top terraces.

The two bedroom apartments currently available at Axiom start at around £135,000.

There are also some incredible incentives on offer at the development this summer, with Barratt offering a complete furniture package and free carpets, or £5,000 cashback, on selected properties.

An advance marketing and sales suite is open at Axiom from 11am-5.30pm, Thursday-Monday, and further information is available by visiting Barratthomes.co.uk.
