Good food and stunning homes on the menu in Kilwinning Families looking for a contemporary and stylish home in Kilwinning, should find just what they’ve been looking for when Redrow launches its latest venture next weekend.

And Scottish chef, Jason McNelly, who is the head chef at the five-star rated Cook School Scotland, at Braehead Foods, in Kilmarnock, will be helping the award-winning house builder to ensure the launch of Whitehirst Grange leaves a sweet aftertaste for potential buyers.

He will be test-running the sparkling new kitchen in the show home at Whitehirst Grange, a brand new development of three and four-bedroom homes.

Diana Newton, sales director for Redrow Homes (Scotland), said: “We’re very excited to be launching Whitehirst Grange, which should prove to be a tasty experience thanks to Jason being on hand to entertain us with some cookery demos.

“Whitehirst Grange is set to be as tasty as Jason’s cooking; a beautiful development that boasts a semi-rural location amid some beautiful countryside, yet is within easy reach of Glasgow which is just 30 minutes away by train.”

In addition to enjoying some of Jason’s trademark dishes, visitors can explore the new four-bedroom ‘Parrett’ show home, which has been designed with modern family living in mind. The interior is a melting pot of both contemporary and classic designs, with textured wallpaper and velvet fabrics providing a sumptuous finish.

All of the three and four-bedroom homes at Whitehirst Grange will feature Redrow’s latest interior specification, with an emphasis on convivial open-plan living spaces, contemporary kitchens with floor to ceiling units and top brand name appliances, plus sleek white bathroom suites. In addition, there is a host of family friendly features such as en-suites to master bedrooms, garages and separate utility rooms in most cases.

Whitehirst Grange is an excellent location for commuters thanks to a regular rail service from Kilwinning and improvements to the M77, which have boosted the town’s access to and from Glasgow. Towns like Ayr, Irvine and Kilmarnock are also easily reached.

Join Redrow and Jason McNelly between 12 noon and 4pm at Whitehirst Grange on Saturday 26th or Sunday 27th, September. For more information see redrow.co.uk.
