Second Barratt home for Belhelvie couple

Alix and Craig Parley have now become among the first to buy at the latest development in Belhelvie - known as the Meadows Barratt North Scotland’s popular development at Belhelvie is continuing to attract buyers – some for the second time around! Alix and Craig Parley, from Aberdeen, bought their first Barratt home in the initial Cairnfield development at Belhelvie, in 2004 and have now become among the first to buy at the latest development in Belhelvie - known as the Meadows.

The couple, who both work in Dyce, felt it was time to ‘think bigger’ to suit their increasingly busy lifestyle and have chosen a detached four bedroom Ripon property as their new home.

Alix, 31, said: “We decided it was time to start looking for a larger home and because we were very impressed with Barratt’s approach to the whole housebuying process first time round – and loved our existing Barratt home – we didn’t hesitate once the new development was released.

“There are no unnecessary complications when it comes to reserving a property with Barratt and throughout the whole stress-free process we were kept up to speed with information, thanks to the on-site sales adviser Margaret. The Meadows looks like a great development and we are really looking forward to moving into our new home in the autumn.”

When complete, the Meadows will feature 20, two, three and four bedroom family homes in a beautiful location, with the stunning beaches of Balmedie close at hand, and Dyce, Bridge of Don and Aberdeen city, just a short drive away.

Current prices at the Meadows for next phase of homes start at £272,995 - £349,995, and the on-site sales centre and marketing suite is open from Thursday – Monday, 11am – 5.30pm.
