Hats off to award-winning Barratt site manager

Kevin has been honoured for his work at the Osprey Village development, on the outskirts of Inverurie. The 28-year-old was presented with a plaque to mark the achievement at a recent company barbecue and says he is delighted with the award.
Kevin, a pipe sergeant with The Turriff and District Pipe Band, said: “It’s just superb. I am so pleased to have been given this award. Not only is it great for me, but it is also a real honour for the whole team here at Osprey Village. Everyone is extremely dedicated to the development, from the management right through to the construction workers, and this award is due recognition of this.”
David Scott, Barratt North Scotland’s Managing Director, added: “Kevin is an extremely committed member of staff and always strives to ensure the highest standard of customer care is maintained. He has always been particularly focused on the feedback he receives from customers and this is reflected in the excellent level of service and the high quality of the build at Osprey Village.
“Kevin has demonstrated high standards of leadership throughout the last 12 months and has played a vital role in overseeing the work of the team at Osprey Village which has become one of our most successful and popular developments.”
