George Wimpey scores top marks with teacher

Balmedie Primary school teacher Lyndsey Garden rates George Wimpey East Scotland so highly that she’s just bought her second property from the company. She’s one of the lucky customers who has snapped-up one of the luxurious four bedroom family homes at the company’s successful Garioch Gate development in Inverurie.

With demand high in the area for good quality homes, Lyndsey is delighted that she and fiancé Blair McGunnigle managed to secure their dream home - a four bedroom detached Tay - as she explains:

“I bought my first property from George Wimpey at the Fraser Park development in Aberdeen just as I was starting university, and I’ve been really happy there. We got down to the sales office on the day they opened to give ourselves the best chance to get the home of our dreams.

“The location is also ideal for me for travelling to work in Balmedie, or for trips into Aberdeen if I need to. “I’m really excited about our move, and can’t wait to have more space to have visitors to stay – with four bedrooms there’s plenty of room for everyone. We’ve even got a ‘Jack & Jill’ en-suite shower room that sits perfectly between bedroom two and three – so there won’t be any queues for the bathroom if we have friends and family to stay. I’m also looking forward to having my own garden for the first-time – just being able to sit outside in the summer months will be great.

“I’m also amazed at the choice and range of options available for my new home.
