The County – coming soon to Stonehaven

21st September 2007 Print
Details of Barratt North Scotland’s latest exclusive Aberdeenshire development have just been released – and the firm is urging potential buyers to move quickly or risk missing out. The County, on Arduthie Road, in Stonehaven, will feature just 22, two bedroom apartments, in a range of styles, all featuring high specification and contemporary style and design.

Situated on the site of the former County Hotel, the development features an interesting mix of both refurbished and newbuild apartments – appealing to a wide range of house buyers and offering real value for money.

Barratt North Scotland’s Sales Manager, Karen Law, believes the choice and value for money available at the development, coupled with its desirable location, will ensure The County is a big hit with local house-hunters.

She said: “Over the years Stonehaven has proved itself to be a popular and pleasant place to live, and with its picturesque beaches, historic harbour, golf course and outdoor swimming pool, allied to its close proximity to Aberdeen, by both road and rail, it’s not hard to see why.

“The County offers a superb range of choice and individuality to buyers – with 12 brand new apartments being built and the former hotel building being converted into a further ten flats. We have already had a number of enquiries about the development, and I would expect this strong interest to continue as, from first-time buyers to downsizers, it really does offer something for everyone.”

Work at The County is expected to begin shortly with prices to be set later in the year.
