Heritage Garden in Desborough to launch this weekend David Wilson East Midlands is launching its brand new Heritage Gardens development in Desborough this weekend, the 31st October and 1st November, but is inviting local residents to a special sneak preview on Friday 30th October from 5pm.

And as it is Halloween weekend, the housebuilder is holding a special fancy dress competition for local children who wish to dress up as their favourite spooky character. All entrants will receive a free goodie bag and the winner will be awarded a £50 Toys R Us voucher.

Heritage Gardens on Buttercup Road is a charming collection of just 58 new homes. It comprises a stunning selection of two-, three- and four- bedroom houses from the extensive David Wilson portfolio and includes some of the housebuilder’s most sought after styles.

Offering housing solutions for everyone from first time buyers to expanding families and downsizers alike, Heritage Gardens is sure to be a hit with househunters seeking quality new homes in a good location.

Philip Lacey, Sales Director at David Wilson, comments “We’re extremely excited about the launch of Heritage Gardens, we’ve been planning this project for quite some time and we’re thrilled that the time has finally arrived for us to officially unveil it to the public.

“The doors will officially open on Saturday but we’re inviting local residents to an exclusive pre-launch event on Friday 30th October, where visitors can enjoy champagne and canapés whilst being amongst the first to take a look around the two brand new showhomes that we are opening at the same time.

“This is an exclusive development in a popular location and I’m confident that the homes on offer will prove in demand with local househunters. So anyone considering a move, why not visit us during our launch weekend to fully appreciate what is on offer at this outstanding new development.”

The two showhomes are in the styles of a Hurst and a Kingsbury which are four- and three- bedroom family homes respectively.

Local children are being invited to participate in the fancy dress competition which will be held on Friday 30th October at 5pm in the sales office.
