Impressed investor buys two homes at Cordwainer Heights

Mick Elson, an experienced investor from Northampton has just purchased not one but two properties at Bloor’s Cordwainer Heights development in Irchester, Northamptonshire.
When Mick, a retired pub landlord, first visited the development with his wife Julie they decided to purchase a three bedroom property to add to their growing investment portfolio. Mick comments: “The homes at Cordwainer Heights offer excellent value for money. We had spent quite a long time looking at other properties to invest in and once we visited the show home at Cordwainer Heights we knew that it was the perfect investment for us. Within a matter of weeks we had already rented the property out which is testament to the high level of specification that the property offers.”
In fact, Mick and Julie loved the development so much they decided to go back and purchase a second property, this time a five bedroom detached home for themselves. Mick continues “We had also been looking for a property closeby as we have family in the area and wanted to move to be nearer them. Julie and I were so impressed with our investment at Cordwainer Heights we decided to go back and see if Bloor Homes had something for us. When we saw the Worsley design we fell in love with it immediately and knew we would be able to enjoy living there.”
Mick and Julie were also the lucky winners of Bloor Homes’ prize draw offering purchasers at the development the chance to win a trip to Eurodisney plus £1,000 spending money. Instead of going themselves, they decided to give the holiday to their daughter Melissa, her husband Neville and their two children Reece and Leo.
Cordwainer Heights offers a wide range of properties from 3 bedroom townhouses to 4, 5 and 6 bedroom detached homes. The new homes have been so popular there are now only three remaining for sale at the development!
