The phenomenal success of the Government backed assistance initiative, Homebuy Direct, has led Miller Homes to offer the initiative on the last remaining property at its Sovereign Park development in Liversedge.

The last property now available under Homebuy Direct is the four bedroom three storey Tennisson townhouse, which has a Homebuy Direct price of just £105,000.

The 30 percent equity loan will only become repayable after 25 years or when the customer sells their home, whichever comes first.
