House sales increase at Miller development in East Ardsley

House sales at Miller’s Stonebridge Fold development in East Ardsley are mirroring the latest report by the Nationwide that house prices rose for the fifth consecutive month. In the case of Stonebridge Fold house sales have consistently rose over the last five months with the first phase now all sold.

Ross Clarkson, senior sales adviser for Miller Homes Yorkshire said: “The report mentioned that for the first time since March 2008 the rate change of an average price of a typical UK property has not been negative.
