Miller Homes enjoys continued success in Gloucester

Award-winning house builder Miller Homes is continuing to enjoy success in Gloucester, as it releases a further five new properties on the market to meet continued demand. After a series of quick sales at the Millers Gate development, house hunters are being urged to snap up the properties to avoid being disappointed.

The 30 percent equity loan only becomes repayable after 25 years or when the customer sells their home, and because the scheme is government backed, buyers can feel completely secure in their investment. An additional benefit is that there is no interest payable on the equity loan for the first five years so the buyer doesn’t have the immediate worry of repayments.
