Bryant development proves popular in Pontardawe

Bryant development proves popular in Pontardawe Bryant Homes is urging house hunters in Pontardawe considering a move in the New Year to buy now at its Glyn Mynydd development, to avoid disappointment.

The development is proving so popular it has already sold out of properties for 2009 and the housebuilder is now taking reservations for properties due for completion in early 2010.

Joanna Russell, regional sales manager, comments: “Glyn Mynydd has a wide range of contemporary homes on offer, at the right price, and this has contributed to the development’s success. The next available homes at Glyn Mynydd won’t be ready to move into until February 2010 and, as we are currently offering a range of incentives to help customers afford the home they want, we expect them to be snapped up just as quickly. With increasing demand for homes at the development, anyone interested in discovering if Glyn Mynydd is the place for them should visit the marketing suite now to avoid missing out.”

The properties released for a February move in next year include Wessex style three bedroom, terraced homes, starting at £114,995, and Hurstwood style four bedroom, detached houses, priced from just £149,995.

Bryant Homes is currently offering a range of financial packages to help get people moving, including Part Exchange, Market Mover and Deposit Match*. Both schemes allow purchasers to reserve their new home, even if they still have a house to sell.

Under Part Exchange, Bryant Homes buys your current property at an agreed price, saving you the stress and expense of finding the right buyer while, with Market Mover, the housebuilder markets your existing home, organising everything from valuations to instructing estate agents and covering the cost of agent’s fees.

First time buyers and those seeking to increase their deposit should consider Deposit Match as Bryant Homes will match your deposit, up to 10% of the property’s value. This additional capital could provide you with access to a wider range of mortgages, more competitive interest rates and reduced monthly payments.

Glyn Mynydd offers purchasers a mix of just 122 stylish two, three and four bedroom semi-detached, terraced and detached houses in the picturesque Upper Swansea Valley. The Hurstwood showhome is now open for visitors to look around at their leisure, providing house hunters with interior design tips and style ideas.

To find out more, visit the marketing suite, open Friday to Tuesday from 10.00am until 5.00pm, or log on to bryant.co.uk.
