Construction starts at retirement development in Epping

McCarthy & Stone, the UK’s leading retirement builder, has started construction work on 26 new retirement properties in Epping. The new development, located on the High Street, will comprise a mix of one and two bedroom apartments exclusively for the over 60s.

Residents will also be able to enjoy landscaped gardens, socialise and relax in the communal lounge and invite family and friends to stay in the development’s guest suite.  A laundry room, lift and private parking will also be located on site.
