A special weekend event will let house-hunters discover just how easy it can be to trade up their existing property for a brand new home in West Sussex.

On Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th November, would-be buyers can learn everything they need to know about Taylor Wimpey’s amazing easymover incentive, available at the sought-after Wentworth Place development in Maidenbower and Stone Court in nearby Worth.

According to the property search website Home.co.uk, it takes an average of at least three months to sell a property in the Crawley area*, but ‘easymover weekend’ visitors will discover how a buyer can be found for their current home in just a few weeks.

Marie-Claire Travis, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “With easymover, customers can take their pick from our stunning selection of homes at Wentworth Place and Stone Court without having to worry about the hassle and expense of trying to sell their existing property themselves.

“Under this fantastic incentive, we can find a buyer for their current home in around two to six weeks – and then we’ll pick up the estate agents’ fees into the bargain.

“I would urge property-seekers to pay us a visit during easymover weekend, and they could be swapping their hard-to-sell property for their brand new dream home much sooner than they thought was possible.”

The easymover weekend will also provide an opportunity to find out about the superb part-exchange initiative available at both developments, while mortgage experts will also be on hand with useful advice about the latest deals on the market.

It’s also the perfect chance to view the stylish collection of four-bedroom homes on sale now from only £279,995 at Wentworth Place and from just £339,995 at Stone Court – as well as take a look around the sumptuous showhome.

Just one of the beautiful house designs available at Wentworth Place – the final development of brand new homes in Maidenbower – is the elegant ‘Boxgrove’ townhouse, priced from £309,995.

At the heart of this exceptional family home is a large, open-plan kitchen/breakfast room/family room offering access through French doors to the rear garden, with a separate dining room and cloakroom also off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, a spacious lounge with Juliet balcony can be found on the first floor alongside a bedroom, family bathroom and study, while the master bedroom with en-suite shower room occupies the top storey with two further bedrooms and a third bathroom.

At Stone Court, the outstanding four-bedroom ‘Highbrook’ detached home, priced at £384,995, is the ultimate luxurious upgrade for any growing family, boasting a generous kitchen/dining room adjoining a charming garden room, two further reception rooms, plus a master bedroom with en-suite and built-in wardrobes.

All new homes at the two developments also benefit from a garage and/or a parking space.

Both Stone Court and Wentworth Place enjoy prime locations on the outskirts of Crawley, within easy reach of its abundant shopping and leisure pursuits and close to the M23 for London, Brighton and Gatwick airport, plus convenient rail links.

Easymover weekend is taking place at Wentworth Place, located off Lucerne Drive, Maidenbower, Crawley, between 10am and 5pm on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th November.

The Sales Centre and showhome is also open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm.

* The average ‘time on market’ for a home in Crawley, West Sussex, on November 2nd 2009 was 98 days, according to home.co.uk.
