More manufacturers and race series organisers than ever before are lined up to appear at this year’s Race Car Live, held at Brands Hatch on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd November.

The Trofeo Abarth 500 GB, the only new British Championship for 2010, will have a strong presence at the show. Following a highly successful championship launch in October, the race series organisers will be on hand to discuss their plans and expectations for the championship as well as meet prospective drivers, partners, teams and stakeholders.

The Trofeo is the result of a partnership of highly experienced and qualified personnel with input from competitors, sponsors and fans. The aim is to create a platform where all the stakeholders can grow together with particular attention paid to the package offered to the competitors and the marketing and technical side of the championship.

Lining up alongside them will be Faze 1 Motorsport headed up by Ben Demetriou, a former Porsche champion in various classes. Faze has a full garage of cars including a 911 Cup car, a 911 GT3, a 911SC a 968CS and a 944 S2. The company offers driver tuition in all of these cars or, if required, in the customers’ car

As Ben points out: "Investing in driver training with a successful race driver is worth more than trying to find extra horsepower from your engine and will pay huge dividends on the track.”

Faze 1 will also be heading up a team in the 2010 Porsche Club championship and are looking for interested drivers seeking 'arrive and drive' packages in ex-championship cars. Its services extend to race and road car sales, parts and servicing as well as restoration and body repairs. Faze 1 will be situated in Garage 10 and will also be offering 'taster' laps of the Brands Hatch circuit.

KTM will be showcasing their latest PowerParts and PowerWear for the X-Bow in conjunction with ABG Motorsport, one of KTM's UK service partners, while Radical Motorsport will make a major announcement regarding the development of its series. Team Rogue Racing, the people behind the 750 Motor Clubs' highly successful MR2 Championship will launch the MR2 Super GT racing series based around modified versions of the Toyota MR2.

For the first time at Brands Hatch, entry level karting will be demonstrated on the track, giving visitors the opportunity to see and understand the various affordable entry level classes for both adults and children.

Demonstrations and representation will include Honda Cadets, TKM senior and junior 2 and 4-stroke as well as Rotax Max seniors and juniors. Demonstrations will alternate with arrive-and-drive sessions organised by Buckmore Park who manage the kart circuit at Brands Hatch.

In addition to the single speed karts that make up the majority of the competitive kart classes in the UK, there will be a fantastic display of over 30 gearbox karts out on the Brands Hatch Indy circuit at 1pm on both days.

The Brands Hatch circuit is even more accessible now as well as anyone with a full DVLA driving license and have driven on a track before will have the opportunity to ride/drive a variety of racing cars on the Indie Circuit. Need to apply or renew your MSA license? Then take your ARDS test and have your medical examination at the show.

Those without a license can still enjoy the speed of motorsport with a ‘hot ride’ as a passenger in a racing car with a skilled driver. There's no need to book: just sign on as a passenger and enjoy the real thrill of Brands Hatch at race speed!

A 'one-stop shop', trade stands will sell you need for the new season while the Education Zone has all the info you need on gaining qualifications, apprenticeships and scholarships available for a career in motorsport with several major colleges attending.
