Friends find their dream homes at Eden

When Karl Marsden and Charise Briggs saw their friends brand new Ellerby four bedroom, three storey townhouse, on Taylor Wimpey’s Eden development in Leeds, they knew that they had seen their ideal home. As soon as Taylor Wimpey released another Ellerby they snapped it up.

Karl and Charise are so thrilled with their new home they have encouraged even more of their friends to join them.  Charise explained:  “We are so full of praise for both our new dream home and for the quality of property and service provided by Taylor Wimpey that our friends are buying homes on Eden and will be moving in soon. Soon we’ll have our own little community within the Eden community!”

Karl and Charise were able to buy their dream home by taking advantage of Taylor Wimpey’s Part Exchange scheme.  With the scheme Taylor Wimpey were able to remove the headache for Karl and Charise of selling their previous home by buying it from them.  As Karl commented; “It was great, it’s such a simple scheme which managed to remove all the pressure involved with selling our house, including as the estate agents fees.”

The couple’s Ellerby home boasts a spacious kitchen/dining area on the ground floor overlooking a garden, in addition to a cloakroom and integral garage.  The first floor has a large lounge, a family bathroom and one of the four bedrooms, which could also be a study or games room. Up to the second floor and there are three more bedrooms, including the impressive master bedroom with ensuite shower room.

Charise said; “It’s a delight to come home from work each evening and relax in our lovely new home.  Eden itself is in a lovely area which has a park and forest area with local walks, and it’s also very convenient for shops and schools.”
