Popular development releases new homes for summer 2010

Due to increased demand and sales, Stamford Homes has released the last remaining three-bedroom homes at its Burgh Le Marsh development ahead of schedule.

The popular Tennyson Gate development is continuing to wow visitors with its three and four-bedroom homes in the village location.

With a new viewhome now open and the latest homes released for sale, Stamford Homes is taking reservations well into next spring.

The release of the final Lilac housetypes – which are priced at £129,950 – mark the last of their kind to be built at the development, due for completion in Summer 2010.
