Reaping the off plan benefits at Chancel Park

Early purchasers are reaping the rewards at Taylor Wimpey’s Chancel Park development in Exeter, with the housebuilder now offering a choice of three floor layouts for every Warwick three bedroom townhouse bought off plan.

There are currently two Warwick homes available for purchasers to snap up from plan, and those doing so will have the opportunity to stick with the original layout or, if they have more specific requirements, change the layout of the ground and first floors, creating a home that fits their needs perfectly.

Regional sales and marketing director, Janine Davey, comments: “People who buy off plan are a step ahead of the game! While some people may be wary of reserving before they’ve seen the finished home in bricks and mortar, there are some real benefits to getting in early. Anyone in a position to buy now and move next year when the first available homes are ready for occupation will not only have the pick of the plots at 2009 prices but also an opportunity to personalise their new home’s layout.

“Following the recent launch of the development’s two showhomes we are experiencing increasing interest from local homebuyers, which may in turn push up the value of the homes on the development as they become more in demand. With house prices on the rise for the second month in a row*, anyone purchasing now can take advantage of securing their property at 2009 prices, for a 2010 move in!”

The original floor plan is traditional in design and comprises a spacious living and dining room with separate kitchen and breakfast room on the ground floor. A generous bedroom, well-equipped bathroom and convenient study are located on the first floor while the two remaining bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, are on the second floor.

The second plan has been designed to appeal to those who desire living space spread across two floors. The ground floor features a kitchen, dining room and study, while the living room is on the first floor along with a bedroom and the family bathroom. The final option is ideal for those looking for a home that lends itself well to entertaining, and sees the entire ground floor opened up into a contemporary open plan space comprising reception room, dining area and fully-fitted kitchen. The first floor features one of the bedrooms, the study and family bathroom.

A stylish collection of 122 one, two, three and four bedroom homes, prices at Chancel Park start from just £139,995, offering excellent value for money. This semi-rural development in the village of Pinhoe, only three miles from the centre of Exeter, has excellent transport links, with trains from nearby Pinhoe Station reaching Exeter in around 10 minutes. Junction 29 of the M5 is less than two miles away or, for trips further afield, Exeter International Airport is just four miles away.
