There’s no better advert for Stamford Homes than to have a member of its own staff purchase a property – but even more so when it is the company’s quality manager!

Buying and moving into a brand new home at the popular Renaissance development in New Waltham is something of a homecoming for Dave Chidwick – who was brought up in the Humberston area of Grimsby.

Dave, who has worked for Stamford Homes for more than 35 years, has now moved into a new four-bedroom home with his partner Sarah and their two-year-old son Charlie.

The move ticks all the boxes in terms of amenities, location and distance to work, with Dave at Stamford Home’s head office in Grimsby’s Heneage Road, and Sarah a teacher at Humberston’s Cloverfields School.

Dave said: “I always wanted to move back to this part of Humberston, and we are both delighted with the house and its ideal location.

“I first saw the housetype a couple of years ago at a neighbouring development and simply loved it. The whole moving process has been really smooth and I am pleased to say that the house is in perfect condition!”

And Dave’ sentiments echo the vast majority of Stamford Homes customers – 99 per cent of whom would recommend the company to a friend.

Renaissance currently has a range of three, four and five-bedroom homes available, starting from £189,950.

The sales and marketing suite is open from Thursday to Monday between 10.30am and 5pm.
