Christmas isn’t the only event on the horizon for Northamptonshire residents as Taylor Wimpey (formerly Bryant Homes) is launching its exciting new Grafton Gate development on Saturday 5th December.

Prospective purchasers are invited to be the first to take a look at the plans at the development in Roade from 11am. There will also be an opportunity to talk to the sales team about Taylor Wimpey’s financial incentives, as well as get advice on the moving process.

Grafton Gate will offer purchasers in the area a collection of two bedroom apartments, which are perfect for first time buyers or investors, three bedroom townhouses to suit young professionals and four bedroom detached homes which are ideal for growing families.

Anne Wallace, regional sales and marketing director, said: “We’re delighted to be launching our new development in Roade and are looking forward to helping house hunters in the area to find their dream home at Grafton Gate.

”The development will offer residents the best of both worlds – a friendly village location within easy reach of a host of amenities. We will be releasing a selection of homes to buy off plan and anyone in a position to do so will benefit in a number of ways. Not only will they be able to take advantage of prices that reflect the current competitive market, they can also have an input into the interior design of their homes and get the pick of the best plots. The homes here at Grafton Gate have been beautifully designed and are situated in a fantastic location so we’re expecting a lot of interest at our launch event. To ensure you don’t miss out, why not come and see us?”

Grafton Gate will offer a wide range of homes suitable for all types of purchaser, with prices starting at just £149,995 for a two bedroom home, £184,995 for a three bedroom home, £214,995 for a four bedroom townhouse and £279,995 for a four bedroom detached home. Its location in the village of Roade will serve commuters well as Northampton is just six miles away, with a train station providing direct routes to Milton Keynes in 15 minutes and London and Birmingham in under an hour. Roade itself has several schools, including Roade Secondary School, which is one of two Sports Colleges in Northamptonshire.
